Bringing telco services into focus

Telecom network equipment providers (NEPs) have been pursuing services as a growth area for several years. In March 2008, Ovum provided an initial look at the size, growth, and profitability of this segment in a report titled “Services business is key to infrastructure vendor profits.” In this report we more clearly delineate “telco services” from the broader ICT services segment and provide updated market size and vendor share estimates for both segments.
